Kinship
Community
If we add our relationships, within the community, our families and that also means outside of the traditional sense of family, that it could mean those we have chosen ourselves or have organically come to be, then the community can refer to us as group of people who share common interests, goals, or a sense of belonging.
Communities can form based on geographic location (e.g., neighborhoods), cultural identity (e.g., ethnic or religious groups), shared activities (e.g., sports teams or hobby groups), or other common experiences.
“Kinship” refers to the bonds between individuals who are related by blood, marriage, or adoption.
It involves familial relationships, such as parents, siblings, cousins, and extended family members.
Kinship often influences cultural practices, inheritance, and social roles within a family or group. It can also determine the care and responsibilities people have toward one another, based on their familial ties.
